SK40 holders are designed for machining centres with DIN 69871 spindles with less than 25,000 rpm. Automatic tool change is possible. no face contact. Torque transmission by friction and grooves. Coolant through spindle centre with Form D, coolant through flange with Form B.

SK 40 TSF Slim Version ShrinkFit Chucks – Fine balanced G2.5 at 25,000 rpm TSF Slim Version Shrink Fit Holders Without Groove Holders without identification groove, have standard contour and the shrink process uses standard parameters.

Application – Fast and secure clamping of tools with cylindrical shank. Minimal collision geometry by slim design. Ideal for deep cavities.

Unit Includes – Standard shrink fit chuck with length setting screw.

Shrink Process – Diebold shrink fit chucks can be used with all available induction shrink units. For optimal process reliability and to achieve maximum tool life of your chuck we recommend the use of Diebold ThermoGrip shrink units.
