Product Information
HSK Form F holders are designed for machining aluminium or for woodworking machines > 20,000 rpm. Each toolholder has a large face diameter. All tapers are fine balanced < 1 gmm/kg. Chip bore in the taper centre. HSK 40F Standard ShrinkFit Chucks, Fine balanced G2.5 at 25,000 rpm, Standard shrink fit Holders Without Groove, Holders without identification groove, have standard contour and the shrink process uses standard parameters.
Application – Fast and secure clamping of tools with cylindrical shank. Additional security through the front location step within the bore (starting at 6mm). Ideal for high rpm applications like HPC and HSM.
Unit Includes – Standard shrink fit chuck with length setting screw.

Free next day delivery for online purchases over £99.00 excluding VAT. Any purchases below £99.00 excluding VAT will incur a delivery charge of £7.50 excluding VAT. Heavy, bulky items are charged in accordance to their weight and size. Shipping costs outside of the UK vary. Timed delivery options are also available dependant on size and weight of shipment. For stock items, shipment cut-off is 3.30pm Monday-Thursday and 2pm on Friday.
Returns Information
