    • 5 Axis Self Centring VicesOur range of low profile, compact self-centring 5th axis vices have been engineered to be the ideal solution for your multi-axis machining needs. Available in four different sizes, with either a 75mm or 125mm jaw width, each vice utilises a pair of serrated 45° dovetail jaws to clamp onto components. Dovetail jaws allow you to grip a component, with matching dovetails machined into the bottom of the workpiece, on minimal stock but with extremely high clamping force. In turn, this allows users to machine on five sides of the workpiece with ease with minimal material wastage. The jaws also incorporate a measuring rule as a guide to find the central position. The Tuscan range of self-centring 5th axis vices have been designed to withstand the pressure and force of CNC machining, and with Tuscan, you can be assured these vices have been manufactured to exacting standards using premium materials. We stock quality made and best priced 5 axis vices on the UK market. Get in touch today for a fast response to enquiries.

Ideal for high-volume production, these vices provide the precision, stability, and cost-efficiency you need to boost throughput and minimise setup times.

Key Features of Tuscan TDV Series Double Station Dovetail Vices:

Double Station Design for Increased Productivity

The double station design of the Tuscan TDV vices allows for the simultaneous clamping of two parts on a single vice, effectively doubling your output in a single setup. This feature is perfect for 3-axis CNC milling where holding multiple parts at once can dramatically improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Whether you’re working with aluminium, steel, or other materials, this dual-part clamping system ensures faster part handling and quicker transitions between jobs, making it ideal for high-volume, repeatable machining tasks.

45-Degree Dovetail Jaw for Superior Clamping Force

Each jaw on the Tuscan TDV vices is designed with a 45-degree dovetail angle, which provides increased surface contact and maximises clamping force. This angle ensures that the workpieces are held firmly in place, even when machining parts with complex geometries or cutting forces typical of 3-axis machining.

The dovetail jaw design offers superior stability and prevents part movement, ensuring accurate cuts and consistent results across multiple parts during each machining cycle.

Durable Steel Construction for Long-Lasting Performance
