Product Information
T2-DV Dovetail Fixture
The NEW Tuscan T2-DV Dovetail Fixture – made in the UK, designed to hold parts on 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC machines. The Tuscan T2-DV Dovetail Fixture provides incomparable clamping power whilst exposing all 5 sides of a component, which allows users to machine most features in one operation. Dovetail Fixtures only hold onto minimal material, which means less material waste and greater access to all sides of the component.
The Tuscan Dovetail Fixtures are currently available in 3 variants – T1-DV, T2-DV and the T3-DV. Each of the Tuscan Dovetail fixtures incorporate a precision location pin, which eliminates component-slide and allows for repeatable reloading of parts. The locating pin ensures your part is positioned accurately and, unlike other products, the spring-loaded clamp can be tightened with a simple T-handle wrench.
Dovetail Fixtures are a brilliant, compact solution for multi-loading parts onto a designated fixture, such as a CNC tombstone or pyramid, which can be used in a 3, 4 or 5 axis CNC machine. With the use of a 5 Axis machine, users can speed up their manufacturing by machining five, full sides of the workpiece in one set-up. Dovetail Fixtures are a versatile solution that can hold a greater variety of parts, and allows users to standardise on a clamping method and equipment across a wide variety of workpiece types and sizes.

Delivery Options
Free next day delivery for online purchases over £99.00 excluding VAT. Any purchases below £99.00 excluding VAT will incur a delivery charge of £7.50 excluding VAT. Heavy, bulky items are charged in accordance to their weight and size. Shipping costs outside of the UK vary. Timed delivery options are also available dependant on size and weight of shipment. For stock items, shipment cut-off is 3.30pm Monday-Thursday and 2pm on Friday.
Returns Information
If you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days, you can return your item to us for a refund (restocking charges may apply). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that are non-standard stock items, which have been ordered in specifically to fulfil a customer’s requirements.
