Tuscan HSK63A 10mm Heat Shrink Holder, 85mm Gauge Length

Tuscan Heat Shrink tool holders are available in BT40, SK40 and HSK63A tapers and in various shank diameters between 3mm-20mm, with slim 3° and standard 4.5° tool-nose options available. All Tuscan Heat Shrink tool holders are balanced to 25,000RPM @ G2.5 as standard. Heat Shrink, or Shrink Fit, tool holders use the expansion and contraction properties of metal to provide extremely powerful tool holding. Heat Shrink tool holders create a more uniform, rigid connection between the CNC machine and the tool resulting in less vibration and a noticeably smoother cut. Since there is no collet or collet nut on a Heat Shrink holder, those inherent tolerances are not compounded, therefore providing unmatched run out accuracies of ≤ 3 micron (0.003mm). The improved tolerances equate to improved finish quality and up to 30% longer tool life!
