Product Information
Thanks to OMG’ experience gained over several years with Spindle Speeders, they have now been able to create a new generation 2.0 with the focus on speed and performance. The “MOx” series spindle speeders have been designed and developed to offer maximum reliability and precision in milling and drilling. From design to static and dynamic testing of the finished product, our spindle speeders rely on the most advanced technical know-how.
The improvements include balancing of all the rotating components, greater speed, more stability thanks to an advanced bearing layout, a new system making set up easier for automatic tool change, a new bearing layout that reduces noise and vibration of the tool, greater load capacity and low heat generation and more thermal stability thanks to the advanced bearing layout.
The compact construction, the heat-treated steel parts, and the ground gears on the involute, guarantee transmission of high power ratings with amazingly low noise levels. The spindle is supported by a set of preloaded precision ball bearings with oblique contact that ensure greater strength and rotation precision. The MOx spindle speeders can be mounted on traditional machines and on machines with automatic tool change. The MOx spindle speeders are lubricated with a long-life synthetic grease that is practically maintenance free. The test certificate enclosed with each spindle speeder guarantees the quality of the product. Our tools have always stood out for their sturdiness, flexibility, and easy use and maintenance, and the MOx spindle speeders are an additional proof of these outstanding features. Delivery Options
Free next day delivery for online purchases over £99.00 excluding VAT. Any purchases below £99.00 excluding VAT will incur a delivery charge of £7.50 excluding VAT. Heavy, bulky items are charged in accordance to their weight and size. Shipping costs outside of the UK vary. Timed delivery options are also available dependant on size and weight of shipment. For stock items, shipment cut-off is 3.30pm Monday-Thursday and 2pm on Friday.
Returns Information
If you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days, you can return your item to us for a refund (restocking charges may apply). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that are non-standard stock items, which have been ordered in specifically to fulfil a customer’s requirements.
