Product Information
SK30 holders are designed for machining centres with DIN 69871 spindles with less than 25,000 rpm. Automatic tool change is possible. no face contact. Torque transmission by friction and grooves. Coolant through spindle centre with Form D, coolant through flange with Form B.
SK30 Standard ShrinkFit Chucks, Fine balanced G2.5 at 25,000 rpm.
Application – Fast and secure clamping of tools with cylindrical shank. Additional security through the front location step within the bore (starting at 6mm). Ideal for HPC and HSM milling.
Unit Includes – Standard shrink fit chuck with length setting screw.
Shrink Process – Diebold shrink fit chucks can be used with all available induction shrink units. For optimal process reliability and to achieve maximum tool life of your chuck we recommend the use of Diebold ThermoGrip shrink units.

Free next day delivery for online purchases over £99.00 excluding VAT. Any purchases below £99.00 excluding VAT will incur a delivery charge of £7.50 excluding VAT. Heavy, bulky items are charged in accordance to their weight and size. Shipping costs outside of the UK vary. Timed delivery options are also available dependant on size and weight of shipment. For stock items, shipment cut-off is 3.30pm Monday-Thursday and 2pm on Friday.
Returns Information
If you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days, you can return your item to us for a refund (restocking charges may apply). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that are non-standard stock items, which have been ordered in specifically to fulfil a customer’s requirements.
