Delivery Options
Free next day delivery for online purchases over £99.00 excluding VAT. Any purchases below £99.00 excluding VAT will incur a delivery charge of £7.50 excluding VAT. Heavy, bulky items are charged in accordance to their weight and size. Shipping costs outside of the UK vary. Timed delivery options are also available dependant on size and weight of shipment. For stock items, shipment cut-off is 3.30pm Monday-Thursday and 2pm on Friday.
Returns Information
If you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days, you can return your item to us for a refund (restocking charges may apply). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that are non-standard stock items, which have been ordered in specifically to fulfil a customer’s requirements. Carriage is non-refundable. Please contact our team on 01935 428375 before returning any items to discuss the options available.
