Jergens latest family of Fixture-Pro® self-centring vices has been engineered to be the ideal solution for low profile five-axis workholding. Available in both 75mm and 130mm jaw widths, they can accommodate a wide array of workpiece sizes. The quick change jaws incorporate a pull down feature to actively minimise jaw lift. Multiple jaw styles make this vice system configurable for most workholding needs, from first operation to last.
Flexibility
With numerous jaw and insert options, the Jergens Fixture-Pro® vice range can be used for all
applications making it the most flexible self-centring vice in the market today. Jergens insert jaws can be used with
serrated inserts (included), dovetail inserts, peak inserts, scalloped inserts and even Lang inserts.
Hardened step jaws, aluminium soft jaws and Soft Steel jaws are also available.
Quick-Change
Jergens have really thought about all aspects of the Fixture-Pro® self-centring vice range.
Due to their unique pull-down jaw design, all Fixture-Pro® vices are equipped with quick-change jaws;
which means no tools are required to swap or reverse the jaws.
Strength and Performance
The Jergens Fixture-Pro® vice’ leadscrew features rolled trapezoidal threads for
superior strength and durability. All vices are coated with friction surface treatment to improve performance and reduce wear of
critical components. With other manufacturers selling anti-lift jaws as an option, Jergens vices are built specifically
around accuracy and performance – you’re always getting the best version of the product as standard with Jergens!
Versatile Mounting Options
Jergens Fixture-Pro® vices are equipped with 96mm and/ or 52mm pitch patterns
in the bottom of the vice, which are compatible with Jergens Quick-Loc pallets, Lang Quick Point, 5th Axis Rocklock and others. The Jergens mounting studs are exactly the same as the Lang version;
this means both Jergens and Lang systems are completely interchangeable without the need to swap mounting studs.
Experience
Jergens have been making workholding solutions for 80 years. With their unrivalled experience,
Jergens are able to produce consistently brilliant workholding products with no stones left unturned.
All of their Fixture-Pro® vices are manufactured to the highest standards, with every feature analysed and created with the operator in mind.
