INNOVATORS OF THE POWERFUL SINGLE-DRIVE SCREW MECHANISM!
Jergens Quick-Loc™ pallets provide fast and repeatable fixture changes for tooling platforms. They feature a single drive screw for fast operation. The comprehensive selection of base pallet, risers and accessories allow this system to be configured for multiple applications. They are also compatible with other industry standard 52mm and 96mm fixturing systems, and even utilise the same mounting studs as the Lang Quick Point pallets making the two systems completely interchangeable.
Quick Loc™ Receivers provide a platform for fast and accurate mounting
of fixtures and workpieces. Square, rectangular, and round styles are available.
Quick Loc™ pallets without mounting holes allow users to add their own custom mounting
configuration to suit their machine tool beds, 4 or 5 axis rotary tables or their automation pallets.
Jergens Quick Loc™ pallets are equipped with either 52mm or 96mm pitch patterns,
which are compatible with Jergens Fixture-Pro® vices and many others in the market.
The Jergens’ mounting studs are exactly the same as the Lang mounting studs; this means both
Jergens and Lang systems are completely interchangeable without the need to swap mounting studs.
Strength and Longevity
The Jergens Quick Loc™ pallets are made from case-hardened
alloy steel for superior strength, accuracy and durability.
Jergens invented the powerful straight rod plunger method used in their Quick-Loc™ pallets today
(U.S. patents 323 and 750). This design increases holding strength, reliability and ease of
operation in comparison to other popular pallets on the market, making the Jergens Quick-Loc™ system the most powerful mechanical
zero-point system available today.
Jergens have been making workholding solutions for 80 years. With their unrivalled experience,
Jergens are able to produce consistently brilliant workholding products with no stones left unturned. All of their
Quick Loc™ pallets are manufactured to the highest standards, with every feature
analysed and created with the operator in mind.
