    • 5 Axis Self Centring VicesOur range of low profile, compact self-centring 5th axis vices have been engineered to be the ideal solution for your multi-axis machining needs. Available in four different sizes, with either a 75mm or 125mm jaw width, each vice utilises a pair of serrated 45° dovetail jaws to clamp onto components. Dovetail jaws allow you to grip a component, with matching dovetails machined into the bottom of the workpiece, on minimal stock but with extremely high clamping force. In turn, this allows users to machine on five sides of the workpiece with ease with minimal material wastage. The jaws also incorporate a measuring rule as a guide to find the central position. The Tuscan range of self-centring 5th axis vices have been designed to withstand the pressure and force of CNC machining, and with Tuscan, you can be assured these vices have been manufactured to exacting standards using premium materials.     • 52 | 96 Zero-Point BasesTuscan mechanical zero-point clamping technology is essential for rapid changeovers of workpieces, tooling fixtures, pallets, vices, chucks and other workholding devices. By using Tuscan mechanical zero-point bases in your machine shop, you can design various tooling fixtures to suit and exchange them on 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machine tools quickly and reduce downtime between machine cycles. With zero-point clamping, you can reduce setup times by more than 80% – the industry-standard mounting patterns of 52mm and 96mm enables simple switchovers of vices, fixtures and tooling between all machines in your machine shop.

All Tuscan ER Collet Chucks are balanced to 25,000RPM @ G2.5 as standard – a tool holder assembly balanced to G2.5 has TWO & HALF TIMES as much balance than one with a G6.3 rating, which can help improve tool life and component surface finish.
    • Tuscan Heat Shrink HoldersTuscan Heat Shrink Holders are available in BT40, SK40 and HSK63A tapers and in various shank diameters between 3mm-20mm, with slim 3° and standard 4.5° tool-nose options available. All Tuscan Heat Shrink tool holders are balanced to 25,000RPM @ G2.5 as standard.
    • Tuscan Shell Mill ArborsTuscan Shell Mill Arbors are available in BT30, BT40, BT50, SK40 and HSK63A tapers and in 16mm, 22mm, 27mm and 32mm spigot sizes. All Tuscan Shell Mill Arbors are balanced to 25,000RPM @ G2.5 as standard – a tool holder assembly balanced to G2.5 has TWO & HALF TIMES as much balance than one with a G6.3 rating, which can help improve tool life and component surface finish.
    • Kojex DC Slim Collet ChucksKojex Slim Collet Chucks are specifically designed for tools under 6.35mm. The DC system incorporates an inner collet-holding design, providing minimal runout of 5micron (4xD) and unsurpassed performance in all machining operations. The nose is only 14mm – making this many users go-to for complex 5 Axis machining. An outstanding tool holding system.
    • Kojex UC Gold Collet ChucksKojex UC Gold Collet chucks provide outstanding performance, superior to most, if not all mechanical collet systems available in today’s market. Due to the inner collet-holding design, runouts are greater than 5micron (4xD). The UC accuracy is comparable to Shrink, but the UC system offers greater tool dampening and range flexibility through being a collet system. An exceptional Tool Holding system.
    • Kojex SD Plus Collet ChucksKojex SD Tool Holders incorporate nut bearings to increase clamping force by more than 30% over more traditional methods, whilst avoiding the distortion and deformation of the collet. The SD collet and tool holder have 95% contact, providing much better damping performance, greater accuracy and tool life.
    • Kojex HEC Milling ChucksKojex HEC Tool Holders are specifically designed for milling operations. The collet is designed with a slower taper than traditional ER collet systems, meaning the collet has more contact with the shank of the tool. The collet is completely retained in the nut which provides the collet and tool with extra support during the machining process.
    • Kojex WSD Synchro Tapping ChucksKojex WSD Tapping Chucks provide a tool holding solution to generate accurate threads. The internal buffer spring allows compression compensation which reduces torque by a third, by reducing the torque, this increases the quality and accuracy of the tapped hole significantly.
